What is going on with me?

I'm 18 and don't really feel like going out anymore, I stay up until 6 am basically doing nothing, but I wake up at around 2ish every day. I'm very emotional to everything now, and I wasn't like this a couple months ago. I don't know how to handle situations lately either. Malwarebytes detected a malware program, and after putting it in quarantine my computer won't work right?

I'm using a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7. A Malwarebytes window popped up with a file name and said it was malware and needed to be quarantined or I could choose to leave it alone. I went ahead and clicked quarantine, but now, files can't open. Example: Any program (except Firefox now and Malwarebytes itself) and even some file folders I click bring up a box that says Open With and then has recommended files and other files. The example I'll use is Internet Explorer. When I try to open it, it brings up that box. IE is one of the open with options, but when I click it, it brings up another box that says iexplore.exe run, save, cancel. I chose run first, but IE still won't do anything and the dialog starts again. I chose save once but it said iexplore.exe already exists, overwrite? I did nothing first and then went ahead and overwrote it, but IE is still bringing up the Open With box. Firefox also did this, but after I went into Program Files and clicked the file there, it allowed me to choose Firefox in the Open With box and runs fine. Malwarebytes also did the same thing. I haven't tried anything else, and I really have no idea what's going on. The file that was quarantined I believe had updater in the file name, but I really have no idea what it was. Is there any way to fix this?

Don't try to go out your way to make it rhyme because it becomes too obvious. If you can't make the song rhyme then it really doesn't matter :) One thing that I do which makes song writing easier is just get my guitar ( or keyboard) try some simple chords and see what lyrics come to mind. I think your problem is FileMode.OpenOrCreate. That will leave some of whatever was in the file before still there if it already exists and what you overwrite it with is shorter than it was before. Try using FileMode.Create instead.

I'm fourteen, and I've been pretty depressed for a while now. But now I just feel like my life is falling apart. It started yesterday, when my family found out I ditched school on Thursday to go to town. She doesn't really do anything about it, but she gets super mad. My auntie found out about it and called me then she threatened to smash me, so I felt like running away last night because she said she was coming today. My cousin told me she couldn't be bothered coming over today but all of my other family like my grandparents who absolutely LOVE me, and my mum all wanted to give me a hiding :/ I feel like I'm letting them down so much. They all expect me to be perfect, and my nan tells me that out of all her grandchildren, I'm the one with the most "potential", and I'm also the eldest. They expect so much from me, and I just can't take it. They have my whole life planned out for me; college, career, kids. They all expect me to be a successful lawyer and to get into the best university like Harvard or something. And I don't even know if I'll live long enough to make it to uni. I don't want to talk to them about it, because to be honest I'm not exactly "emotionally" close with anyone in my family. I live with my mum, my two brothers, my sister and my step-dad. I want to run away, and I have this friend who told me that if I ever want to run away, he'll pay for my bus ticket and everything. I just want to get away from everything- all the expectations and pressure. My family thinks I'm strong because I always act like it, but I'm crumbling. You mean you have 130 different saves for 1 game? all in the Save data section of the PS3. Why do you have sooooo many game saves overwriting the data isn't really that big of a deal. If you want to increase this try getting an external HDD to copy save data to then delete the data from the PS3, you will still have it on your external drive and can copy it back to the PS3 when you want to.

If I did this would the current os be overwritten and can I use space on the hard drive without making a new partition for it? Reinstalling Windows XP new.?

Alright, my windows XP is infected with a virus that cant be gotten rid of by antivirus software. aka. ive tried everything i could. The only way to get rid of it is to reinstall windows new. I only have one partition i can install it on. It said if you install it in a partition that already has another operating system, it could make the computer not run properly. I basically want to overwrite it and delete everything and install windows new. How do i do this? As I've said, I've went into the setup from boot and it said i have a damaged operating system. Do you want to repair it? Is that what I'm supposed to do? I have to make sure so I don't screw up my computer, I cant get another one for a long time. Okay, I'll start from the beginning. I just turned eleven. A few times last year, I cut myself but stopped. Me and my other friend became really close after this but she was the only one who I told about this. Apparently, my 'best friend' of five years had been eavesdropping and had heard about it and told just about everybody.Know one of my friends' keep on calling me emo or goth and another kid in my class called me gay. First let me say that I am so sorry that you are going through this. It is very difficult for many young women apostolics. I myself am apostolic and ironically have a daughter that is almost your age ( she is 12) She has been struggling with the skirts and being an outcast at school. I completely understand how you are feeling. It is tough. What you are feeling is normal and you are NOT a horrible person. Not only are you "different" from so many others, You are also coming to an age in your life where you are trying to figure out who you are and who you want to be in this world. And also you have just gone through a very difficult time (the divorce). Divorce will shake our whole world up and cause great depression! I know because I was divorced in Nov. 2009. All three of my kids are in therapy and are trying to work through their feelings and confusion. Sometimes it seems like forever ago and then the next day it seems like it just happened. This goes the same for the kids as well. You've had to try and get use to a whole new life. But remember your mom has too. She is trying to do what she thinks is right. And she has probably found great comfort in her new found beliefs. I applaud her for searching out the Lord. Again she is trying to do what she thinks is right. I am not one to tell anyone that they should not listen and obey their parents. It is important that you do! However, you have to find your own salvation. Your mom will not be the one that you stand before on judgement day. You will stand before God almighty and you will stand alone to answer for the choices that you have made in this life. I don't believe that your mom hates you. In fact, Im sure she loves you very much! And even if you don't feel it, i think you realize that God loves you so much more. And that is reason enough to put the thought of suicide out of your mind. But don't feel guilty because you have thought about it. Guilt is what the devil uses most to hinder most of us in this world. Also, I am very upset that you feel like the people in your church are mean to you. I have to admit that I have met a few of those cranky people as well. It is a shame but it does happen. I will be praying for you. And I suggest that you talk to your mom about how you feel. Maybe you could go to another apostolic church. Also, it would definately help you to try and connect with people your age at your church. Try to go to as many youth rallies and conventions that you can and make as many friends that you can. Also, one little trick to fighting depression is dancing and singing. It doesn't have to be gospel music, but it should be positive. You would really benefit for just ten minutes of exercise (dancing & singing) a day. Well, I hope I've helped. remeber that you are responsibile for your salvation now. You are grown up enough now to start counting yourself reponsible for your own personal salvation. And as difficult as it may be, you should dress and be as your mother chooses. I will be praying for you and your family. It's tough to live by others restrictions.

I'm sorry that I can't answer your question, but I still have a word. For some, many, most???, being Goth is a young person phase, but others are born with a Goth Nature. They may be functioning in a super preppy environment, but inside they feel very different (and may worry that they are crazy). It was the same with the 1960's-70's Hippies. Most a young phase; Some a true nature. Nature is forever-LOL You sound like you have a Goth Nature, and I'm so happy that you will enjoy the fun trappings of it while it's still age-appropriate! I was born with that type of nature, and can remember thinking Goth-like in pre-school-lol! I was the worst Hippie EVER! What do you think about the drinking age being 21 here but 18 in the rest of the world?

I'm not asking because I'm not 21 and I can't drink, I'm seriously curious. I just don't understand how in Europe and everywhere else it's 18 but it's not even enforced, so 14 year olds can drink alcohol. In Canada which is right next to us it's 19, so what's the point of making it 21? I just think it's dumb. Lately I've been having eye redness (very red) with swelling. I have always had sensitivity to light, but it is worse now. You can do the shift-delete thing each time, or you can right-click on the Recycle Bin, select properties, and choose "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted". Then you won't have to do the extra shift-key step. Each time you delete something, it will be gone permanently.

How do I deal with an anger problem?

Who is better, Eminem vs Lil Wayne?

I just want to hear people's opinions. Personally I'm going to say Eminem. I don't even think this is a comparison but I would like to hear people's arguments. Now Weezy fans please don't go ballistic when you read this. My argument of Eminem being better is just he's simply better at every aspect of the game. The man has arguably the best flow. Now I'm not taking away from Biggie for flow (sorry for bringing him up) but I just feel like Eminem changes his up in every song. He knows how to incorporate a rhythm to every beat he has been on. Song content easily goes to Eminem. He makes stupid jokes and **** but he knows how to make songs about serious matters and can tell a decent story. All Lil Wayne does is come up with mediocre punch lines. If they were good I wouldn't care but about 85% of them have that pause flow and are just plain awful. Delivery again goes to Eminem and lyrically it's arguable. What I mean is multi syllables. Eminem is most likely better at that but I give credit to Wayne cus he can actually be more lyrical than a lot of rappers today. His content just ruins it for him. If you want to discuss discography, I want to hear it, but my opinion, Eminem has made 3 classics (MMLP, SSLP, and The Eminem Show). Infinite was on point but not my taste, SSEP was nice because it was the beginning of the Slim Shady Era, Encore blows, Relapse had it's moments, Relapse Refill was alright Recovery was a lyrical phenomenon but a little too poppy for my taste, and Hell the Sequel was pretty raw. Now for Wayne his albums are not even that great and he puts out a nice mix tape once in a while. I honestly think only Carter I and II were his good albums. The rest are not even worth discussing. Almost all of the Droughts and No Ceilings went hard. But to end this discussion Eminem is way better than Wayne to me. Opinions?

So this is how it happened. Many years back we had a Gateway computer with a 30 GB hard drive and the OS was Windows ME. One day it would not load properly so I decided to reinstall the OS only. Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem. So I ended up ordering Windows XP and formatted the disk. Tried reinstalling Windows ME while waiting for new operating system but install only went to 20 percent. Never messed with the disk again until this year to see if it still spins and what not. The real question is, do you think by trying to install ME that last time, that it is possible the disk was overwritten? I've recovered data from a formatted disk before but this is a different case. Also, if you know of any software (free or $) that recovers data let me know. Thanks.

Ok, so recently my vista home edition installation started refusing to boot normally and I'm now stuck using safe mode. The startup recovery can't fix it and I never got a windows vista install disc with my PC. So I brought windows 7 home edition and was planning to overwrite my vista installation with it. If you delete photos from your camera are they still copied to your computer because I know that when you delete photos they are actually still on your memory card until you overwrite them with be photos. So would they still be copied or would a recovery program be able to recover them without the memory card or camera?

The crime situation concerns me a lot (being a prison officer) and the lack of respect youngsters have for their elders. The figures actually suggest that crime has been falling steadily since the mid 1990s and that we are less violent now than at almost any other time in our history. You need facts, not Daily Mail scare stories. Our nation is not what you think it is (nor as miserable as you obviously are about the situation).

I have a Mac. I have overwritten a folder with some files with the extension 'exs', which map samples over a keyboard for a music interface called Logic. I am desperately trying to recover these files using data recovery programs, but all they seem to be able to find is Jpegs, Mpeg and all other common file types. When they search a drive they don't seem to list every single file type. Why can data recovery programs recover lost movies and images but not specialised file types? I was like any other teenager, with hopes and dreams, but nowI feel pathetic, insignificant, and as if I have wasted my parents time and money. During last symester, I again failed another course; Math 30. I studied weeks ahead of the Diploma exam and my dad even paid $150 for a prep course. Now's the ending of the school year and guess what? I failed another course. This time calculus. 37% has got to be the saddest excuse of a mark ever recorded. As for my other marks, I passed with 50's again. What suprised me this time was that I tried. Honestly I did. I don't know what to do anymore. I've lost all hope in myself and in life. My friends say I smile all the time and am possibly the happiest person on earth, but that smile is just to hide the sad truth. That I am miserable and always thinking of killing myself. The only thing that keeps my living on is my loving parents, but even now I can't think of confronting them with another setof bad marks. My dad also tells me eacha and every day, that I have to get into university. If I don't he will have to wear a "paper bag" over his head to cover up the shame I have brought. It saddens me that I will never be able to make my parents proud. Just yesterday, someone tried speeding a red light and almost hit me. Unlike other's instinct to run I no longer fear death, and just slowly walked on, hoping he ends my miserable life here and now. I can no longer bare to see my parents dissapointment. Report cards come home in a week and I don't intent to bring home any bad news. I plan to jump off a bridge onto a highway, where a passing car will ensure I won't be able to live and become an even bigger burden to my parents. I know suicide is not the answer, but I am weak, a coward. I know my death will greatly sadden my parents, but atleast now they won't have to spend countless amounts of money just trying to get me into university, and they won't suffer anymore for my mistakes. My death will cost them alot of money, but in the long run, they will be glad they didn't spend 10 times as much on my education with no success. I have never felt comfortable talking to anyone about my feelings, but I can no longer bare this pain. My life feels like a nightmare which I cannot wake up from. I have never been very religous, but god forgive me for what I am about to do.

He told her that he has told her son that it is ok that he starts calling his new girlfriend mom. She reposnded back that she does not approve of it because she is her mom and no one else is. He got angry and rose his voice and said "You know I should set your straight sometimes for the things that you do!". His new girlfriend was standing right there and started to yell at my girlfriend. She asked them to leave because she didnt want any issues. They continued to yell and try and push their way into the house. She attempted to close the door but they pushed in and broke the screen door and pushed my girlfriend, she then pushed back. They ended up calling the police and told them that my girlfriend had attacked them by punching and ripping his shirt. He works in tree trimming and rippes his shirts everyday doing that. The cops believed what they said because she had no one that witnessed it. They had someone else drive over and take their son before the police showed up and they had him tell the police their story about her attacking them. She was charged with a class B misdemeanor for assault. She has no previous record of anything. He has a past of violence but sadly not recorded. What can she do? This is in the state of Utah by the way.

This is obviously about more than just a relationship. The whole album is about WWII, so I think it's about the detonation of the atomic bomb in Japan and the moments right after. The lyrics in "Burning In The Skies" and just the title of "Fallout" also seem to carry meaning about the nukes and Japan. But Shinoda's line "Floating out as colors fill the light, we look up from the ground in fields of paper white, floating up you pass us in the night, the future gazing out a past to overwrite." directly seems to be describing the bombers passing by, as a nuclear explosion lights up the "fields of paper white." The part "No you'll never get it inside, you push it back down, blackout, blood in your eye" is something I can't really relate to the rest of the song... it just seems like a sexual struggle ending with a black eye, but I thought "Blackout" itself had something more to do with the detonation of the atomic bombs. So I can't really make sense of this song by itself, but this is a concept album so it is meant to be critiqued and understood as an overall album, not song by song.

How to handle physical pain in a fight?

i really need to know how to tolerate physical pain in a fist fight, particularly being punched in the face. no, i don't like fighting, i try to avoid it at all costs, but when it's unavoidable and there's nothing i can do to stop from being involved in a fight, i fear that i'd probably end up losing, due to never been in a real fight, and i'm not sure how much pain i can tolerate.

It is disappointing, but if people are in risk of getting hurt I think that the riots are more of an urgent matter. In the long term though, people will remember the Bruin's well-deserved victory, and not the riots in Vancouver, who also worked hard for how far they got. However, the game and the final result is what will be remembered, and thats all that matters.

Use WinRAR to extract the first file in the set. It'll autoload the rest of the parts as needed. Once you've extracted all the sets you should be able to mount and burn. I hate releases in archive parts like this. With technology being what it is today, these are completely useless and archaic.

Should I walk to work ?

There are no buses running at the hours i work, ans It would take me approximately 45-50 minutes to walk to work and then I'd do it again back home. So all together I'd be walking almost 2 hours a day. My job is a desk job so all I do is sit for 9 hours. So the excercise would be good. I'm going to invest in a bike soon btw. i have used unlocker, lockhunter, and other programs, none work. the file injects its self as a sub process into all running processes, and is hidden as a separate process. any process scanner crashes when i select it, gives a unreadable/OS error, or says that there is nothing there. is there a program that can overwrite and corrupt the file as it is being used?
